We adapt to conditions.
We continue to change for as long as we live.
If we choose good, purposeful and demanding conditions we will change in a positive way.
If we take on wholesome physical and mental challenges, we get strong and healthy.
If we associate with virtuous, capable people, we are likely to become virtuous and capable.
Training, fulfilling our potential, mastering our body and mind, winning, and serving, bring happiness.
Along the way, recognize this:
When you share happiness with good people, it is multiplied.
When you share it with selfish people, it is diminished.
Find good training, and train.
