The kids had a great time in the Mountain Karate sessions at the Foothills Equestrian Nature Center summer camp in Tryon, NC. They learned real self-defense, got to run, jump, punch, block, kick, push, roll, shout, make noise, hit the target and have fun experiencing Mountain Karate’s unique approach to kids’ martial arts training.
